AI Summary

You will support project managers in the planning, coordination, and delivery of pharmaceutical events, meetings, and congresses. This includes managing attendee logistics, preparing project documentation, and maintaining timelines while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.

Which brings us to you

You thrive in environments where planning, coordination and attention to detail matter. You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks, supporting different stakeholders and working within structured processes while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

You enjoy collaborating with others, solving problems and building the skills needed to manage increasingly complex projects. You understand that exceptional event delivery comes from careful preparation, strong teamwork and consistent execution.

Most importantly, you get things done. Properly. No half-cracked eggs.

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.

  • Assist with attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution across multiple projects
