We're looking for a QA Engineer at a Junior+ level to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Review clients needs and technical specifications with the development team, to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities of the project.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Track quality assurance metrics and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies while encouraging the department technical improvement.
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train development team to implement solutions to prevent them from happening in the future.
  • Collaborate with internal initiatives.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

  • Software experience from degree studies.
  • More than 1.5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize the testing process, including test case creation, bug reporting, edge case identification, and test automation.
