JOB SUMMARY: Client Operation 

The primary purpose of this role is for the

·         execution of daily reports for internal corporate needs

·         setup of payers/clients for initial processing and maintenance in a dedicated UI

·         maintenance of client specific keys and certificates

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Acts as Liaison with Business Analysts and/or internal/external clients to ensure needs are understood

·         Writing SQL queries and executing stored procedures for data analysis and research

·         Executes existing reports according to a monthly calendar and delivers them to internal users

·         Maintains configurations for new and existing customers

·         Produces supporting documentation for internal and external customers as needed

·         Achieves productivity targets to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and defined quality standards

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

·         Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experiences

Experience

·         6 month – 1 year experience

·         Experience with Microsoft SQL Server running SQL queries and stored procedures

·         Solid and demonstrated desktop Microsoft skills Required

·         Proven ability to communicate effectively to management

·         Organizational and excellent communication skills

Working Arrangements

·         Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements

·         Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely

·         May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays

·         On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs

·         Night Shift

Must have:

SQL server experience (writing queries, running stored procedures)

Microsoft Office skills (Excel – pivot tables, charts)

Testing skills (QA background)

Daily operations experience

User setup and maintenance

Running reports
