Here’s how you’ll make an impact: 

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Translate business objectives into effective campaigns, programs, and growth strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and creative teams to deliver measurable results 

Content, Brand & Customer Engagement

• Create compelling messaging and content that strengthens brand positioning and customer engagement
• Maintain consistency across campaigns, communications, and brand experiences
• Use audience insights and performance data to continuously refine messaging and improve outcomes

Analytics, Optimization & Operations

• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Support reporting, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making
• Contribute to scalable marketing systems, workflows, and operational processes

To excel in marketing opportunities at Oceans, you should have:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience across one or more marketing disciplines in a fast-paced, agency, startup, or growth-oriented environment.
• Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Marketing & Digital Fluency: Familiarity with modern marketing channels, platforms, tools, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and contribute to optimization efforts.
• Collaboration & Ownership: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities, and take ownership in remote environments.
• Mindset: Curious, proactive, adaptable, and excited to learn in fast-moving environments.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
