Java Developer (with OKTA) - Remote in México

YOUR PROFILE:

In this role you will participate in ambitious projects with a Top Client in the Insurance Industry: 

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java and Spring Boot-based applications, focusing on the renovation and optimization of web-based platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences and performance 

• Leveraging OKTA for identity and access management, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable authentication solutions across modern web applications 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, senior developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions that drive real impact 

• Embracing Agile methodologies as the foundation of your day-to-day work, participating actively in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software in an iterative and collaborative way 

• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, contributing to code reviews and continuously raising the bar on development standards, performance, and scalability 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Java development, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and a genuine passion for building innovative, high-quality software solutions 

• Proven proficiency in Spring Boot and familiarity with OKTA for identity and access management, alongside experience with RESTful API development and modern web-based platform development 

• Experience working with Git for version control and SQL or NoSQL databases

• Conversational English
