Overview
We are looking for a Figma Web Developer who takes complete ownership from the moment a Figma file is handed over — all the way through to a live, deployed, optimized website. You handle every technical step: architecture, development, performance, SEO, testing, launch, and post-launch support. No partial scope — you build and ship the full product.

We are an early-stage, founder-led company focused on selling and improving an MVP centered on AI-driven social media management and content generation. The team is small and engineering-driven, with an emphasis on speed, clarity, and practical execution over process-heavy approaches.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Review and clarify Figma handoff files — specs, assets, interactions, and edge cases — before a single line of code is written

• Strictly adhere to Elvoro's Design Guideline throughout the entire build — all implemented colors, fonts, spacing, components, and visual elements must match the guideline exactly as delivered in the Figma files; no deviations without explicit approval

• Define and own the technical architecture: stack selection, CMS or platform choice (e.g. React/Next.js, WordPress, Webflow)

• Implement pixel-accurate, responsive frontend code in clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — mobile-first and cross-browser compatible

• Configure CMS, build page templates, and set up content structures so non-technical team members can manage content independently

• Optimize for performance: image compression, lazy loading, caching, and Core Web Vitals

• Implement full SEO setup: metadata, semantic markup, sitemap, robots.txt, and Open Graph tags

• Conduct QA and cross-device testing across Chrome, Safari, and Firefox before launch

• Handle deployment end to end: domain setup, hosting, SSL, and DNS configuration

• Provide post-launch support, bug fixes, and handover documentation

Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping complete websites from Figma file to live URL

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — clean, maintainable, well-structured code

• Advanced AI and prompt engineering skills are a core requirement: daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to write, debug, scaffold, and optimize code; ability to craft precise, multi-step prompts that produce production-ready output; and the critical judgment to review, test, and refine AI-generated code before shipping — candidates who do not actively work with AI tools will not be considered

• Experience with at least one modern stack or CMS: React/Next.js, WordPress, or Webflow

• Demonstrated ability to implement designs with pixel-perfect fidelity to a provided Design Guideline — no creative interpretation, strict execution

• Solid understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO fundamentals

• Able to configure hosting, domains, and deployment pipelines independently

• Reliable, self-directed, and communicative throughout every phase of the project
