Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson, and Union City, Tennessee

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $66,828 - $115,490 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as LPC or LMFT
• LCSW not considered at this time
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Minimum of 6 months of experience needed as a psychotherapist
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
