- IVR Engineer
Must have skills:
- 5+yrs technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e.g., Nuance NDF/Mix, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco).
- Proficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization.
- Experience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM).
- Exposure to RPA tools, CRM systems, and customer service applications.
- Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.
