About the Position

As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Advisor, you will support customers and help ensure they receive professional, friendly, and efficient assistance throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Understanding customer needs and providing accurate and helpful solutions.
• Handling customer requests while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Creating positive experiences through clear and professional communication.
• Using internal systems and digital tools to manage customer interactions.
• Collaborating with colleagues from different countries in an international team environment

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help others.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing situations.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms.
• Positive attitude and motivation to develop professionally.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or support roles is an advantage, but not required.
