citPEAK is extending their team in Cairo with a Customer Success Manager - Italian Account.
Tasks
- Advice and support users after they become customers.
- Proactively demonstrate possible use cases and best practices.
- Provide Technical and Product Support.
- Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with existing customers.
- Be the interface between existing customers and sales teams.
Requirements
- C1/C2 Italian language proficiency is a must.
- Possess a sales-oriented, sociable, and adaptable personality.
- Strong PC user skills.
- Ability to learn independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Experience in conducting business conversations over the phone and attracting new customers.
- A basic understanding of software products and business processes is a plus.
