Key Responsibilities:
- Apply accounting and audit principles to support government performance improvement and compliance.
- Lead and manage audit or audit advisory projects, ensuring alignment with federal standards.
- Participate in planning and execution of engagement strategies and deliverables.
- Analyze audit data and develop solutions in compliance with PWS requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring task completion within timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and lead client meetings.
- Ensure documentation and deliverables align with federal regulations and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a relevant technical field.
- Must possess an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in good standing (required).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant financial or business experience, including 2 years of leadership in audit/advisory projects for government clients.
- Experience in federal audit requirements including OMB Circulars (A-123, A-127, A-134) and FISCAM.
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Prior experience with DoD systems and standards.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and client-facing communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP/HANA 4 or OneStream is a plus.
