Role Overview

This fully remote IT System Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a scaling company within the payments industry. You will manage and optimize complex IT systems, ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure support. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and security of the system, offering significant growth and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, focusing on SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

  • Develop and improve IAM and SaaS processes, including onboarding/offboarding procedures.

  • Oversee AWS environments and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high availability and security.

  • Facilitate seamless data integration through SFTP configurations and webhooks.

  • Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Implement and oversee security measures across systems, including MFA and SSO.

  • Maintain and update system documentation and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SaaS applications: Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Experience in IAM & SaaS management, including onboarding/offboarding.

  • Proficiency with AWS environments and PostgreSQL management.

  • Familiarity with SFTP configurations and data integration tools.

  • Languages: English B2, Russian C1.
