You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of professional software development experience.

Hands-on experience developing production-grade .NET MAUI applications.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

.NET Architecture: Thorough understanding of .NET architectural patterns including Clean Architecture, MVVM, and microservices design principles.

C# Proficiency: Solid, in-depth knowledge of C# — including async/await, LINQ, generics, dependency injection, and modern language features.
MongoDB: Good working knowledge of MongoDB — schema design, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and integration with .NET.
GraphQL: Ability to design and work with GraphQL queries, mutations, and subscriptions within a .NET ecosystem.

Make and document key architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with project goals.
Actively mentor and support junior developers — conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, and providing guidance to help them complete tasks effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and stability issues within the application.
Stay current with evolving .NET MAUI releases, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with offline-first architectures and sync frameworks (e.g., PowerSync).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (App Center, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Prior experience with Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, or other crash reporting tools.
