IT Support Technician - ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics) - Japanese Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or AX ERP systems
• Analyze clients' business processes and gather system requirements
• Configure ERP solutions, perform testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
• Assist in developing custom ERP solutions and system integrations
• Provide implementation consulting and ongoing customer support
• Participate in client presentations, proposals, and pre-sales activities
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful ERP implementations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX, or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business users
• Excellent customer service and project management skills
• Manufacturing, distribution, or service industry knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
