Overview

We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our technology management and support endeavors. This position is critical for ensuring seamless operation and administration of our cloud infrastructure and user environments, closely aligned with the ongoing needs of our industry-leading IoT SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations and servers.

- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.

- Oversee Azure AD administration, ensuring robust policy and endpoint management.

- Conduct network management tasks such as firewall, VPN, and DNS/DHCP oversight.

- Utilize ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution.

- Administer SaaS user management, focusing on security and compliance.

- Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.

- Participate in vendor assessments to optimize service performance.

Qualifications

-Strong experience in Windows workstation setup and troubleshooting.

- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

- Proven competency in Azure AD and Windows Server Administration.

- Proficient in Network Management (Firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Web Filtering).

 

## Preferred Skills and Experience

- Familiarity with Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

- Understanding of Agile Methodologies to enhance project delivery.

- Certifications such as PowerShell, Git, CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Azure AZ-900 are advantageous.
