What you will do as an IT Support / Network Specialist...

  • Technical Problem Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications

  • Multi-Channel Support: Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  • Issue Tracking: Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely and lasting resolutions

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters
