Job Title: Remote IT Support Specialist

About the Role
Carports Anywhere located in Starke, FL is seeking a skilled and reliable Remote IT Support Specialist to provide on-demand technical support for our team. This position requires availability for a few hours a week, as needed, to address technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

Provide remote IT support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications.
Assist with setup and configuration of user devices and accounts.
Ensure data security and resolve any related concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve IT needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
Familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.

Schedule
This is a flexible, remote position requiring availability for a few hours per week as issues arise.
