IT Project Manager

A leading consumer products company is hiring an IT Project Manager to support their innovative team. This 7 month contract involves coordinating technical projects, managing beta testing activities, and analyzing program data. Candidates should be detail-oriented and proactive and must be able to go onsite 3 days a week in Needham, MA. *IT Project Manager Responsibilities:* * Oversee beta testing operations, including communication with testers and gathering feedback. * Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain project documentation and Jira tickets, following issues through resolution. * Facilitate communication between external testers and internal teams such as engineering and quality. * Prepare detailed updates on project progress, highlighting risks and potential obstacles. *IT Project Manager Qualifications:* * Proven experience in project coordination, testing, or technical support roles. * Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Excel. * Ability to communicate effectively and handle challenging conversations. * Hands-on approach with proactive follow-through skills. * Fluency in Mandarin is preferred; experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
