IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our European IT Operations team. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to support critical IT infrastructure across more than 270 locations throughout Europe. What you'll do

• Manage and support enterprise Windows Server environments across Europe
• Deploy system updates, security patches, and infrastructure improvements
• Use automation tools such as Tanium to drive operational efficiency
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical IT systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across 270+ sites in Europe
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and system management
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale, business-critical environments
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluent English (min. C1) and based in Poland, willingness to travel across Europe
