The opportunity

We are recruiting professionals currently working as a IT-Leiter / Head of IT in Germany to participate in a paid online leadership research study.

The study explores how managers at large organisations approach leadership, decision-making, organisational change, career development, and the growing use of AI in the workplace. Your professional experience will help researchers understand how these developments affect leaders and their teams.

What you'll be doing

• Completing a short online survey in English
• Sharing your views on leadership, management, and workplace change
• Answering questions about your responsibilities and professional experience
• Providing information about the size and type of organisation where you work
• Giving honest, considered responses based on your own experience

Who we're looking for

You may be eligible if you:

• Currently live and work in Germany
• Currently work as a IT-Leiter / Head of IT or in a closely comparable senior role
• Lead an IT, technology, infrastructure, systems, or information-security function
• Work for an organisation with at least 1,000 employees
• Are comfortable completing an online survey in English
• Meet the requirements in the study's short pre-screening questionnaire

Participants may be asked to verify their identity, location, professional background, or other eligibility information.
