• Evaluate business requirements and functional specifications to develop scalable technical solutions, integrations, and application enhancements.
• Design, develop, test, and support customizations and extensions for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and middleware technologies.
• Develop technical solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, OAF, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Design and implement automation solutions leveraging AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent workflow technologies to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI-assisted applications, chatbots, copilots, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, integrations, and database processes.
• Collaborate with Functional IT teams to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and consume APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations to support enterprise business processes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for IT and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging Oracle, AI, cloud, and automation technologies and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security, and best practices.
• Manage development activities and prioritize tasks according to project and business requirements.
• Work effectively in Agile and Waterfall project environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, Oracle application development, or enterprise application support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Technical Stack and/or Oracle Cloud Technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, Oracle Integration patterns, and middleware concepts.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of Oracle technologies such as:
  • Oracle EBS Technical
  • Oracle Forms & Reports
  • OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
  • BI Publisher
  • Oracle APEX
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Components
  • Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) (preferred)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, and automation platforms.
• Experience developing automation scripts, workflow solutions, APIs, and data integration solutions.
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to work effectively in global teams and Offshore-Onsite delivery models.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
