Job Description: Senior Associate - Private Credit Investment Operations - Minneapolis - Hybrid
A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Associate for their Private Credit Operations team to support their growing platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in the operational execution of private credit investments across multiple strategies.
Responsibilities:

Support the full private credit investment lifecycle, from deal execution and settlement through ongoing loan administration and payoff.
Coordinate transactions with custodians, agents, fund administrators, legal teams, and investment professionals.
Review loan documentation and ensure accurate transaction setup, data integrity, and operational processing.
Resolve settlement, payment, and servicing issues while serving as a key operational liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Support trade execution, security setup, compliance processes, and operational controls.
Contribute to process improvements, workflow enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives supporting a growing private markets platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of private credit operations experience supporting the full investment lifecycle.
Strong understanding of private credit loan documentation, including credit agreements, amendments, and payoffs.
