The Communications Lead will translate complex interoperability initiatives and technical milestones into clear, audience-specific messaging for internal and external stakeholders. They will manage communication operations, including drafting executive presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent strategic messaging.
Position Summary
The Communications Lead, Interoperability Value Strategy will report to the Director, Interoperability Value Strategy & Communications and will be responsible for translating complex interoperability initiatives, value analyses, and delivery milestones into clear, audience-specific communications. This role will help build consistent messaging for executive leaders, providers, clients, internal partners, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that interoperability capabilities are understood in terms of business value, provider experience, affordability, regulatory alignment, and digital transformation impact.
