Intermediate Front End Developer

We're seeking an Intermediate Front End Developer to support our client's enterprise web development team. This is a contract to hire role located in Houston, Wilmington or Columbus with potential to extend. This role focuses on modern web interfaces, AI integration, and delivering high-traffic websites. Bring your technical expertise and collaborative mindset to contribute to innovative solutions and operational excellence. *Intermediate **Front End Developer Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement web components, templates, and workflows using enterprise content management platforms, prioritizing high performance and scalability. * Create accessible, responsive user interfaces based on wireframes and functional specifications, utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. * Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems and RESTful APIs to ensure seamless functionality. * Troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-platform issues to deliver consistent user experiences. * Collaborate with teams on deployment, monitoring, and operational improvements, incorporating automation and AI-assisted analysis where applicable. *Intermediate** Front End Developer Qualifications:* * Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with familiarity in SASS/Less preferred. * Experience with AI prompt engineering and building/refining developer assistants and workflows supporting software delivery. * Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus. * Prior experience working with enterprise content management concepts, especially with AEM or comparable WCM platforms. * Proficiency in RESTful APIs, asynchronous requests, Node.js, and Webpack. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
