The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for behavioral healthcare services. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from pre-screening and interviewing to overseeing offer letters and onboarding.
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting experienced and talented individuals committed to furthering our brand as a leader in the delivery of behavioral healthcare services. The Talent Acquisition Specialist, serving as a subject matter expert, will develop strong internal relationships with department/hiring managers, supervisors, company directors and executives to deliver exceptional candidates to fill key positions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Developing and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and cold calling, postings, career fairs, industry association gatherings, etc. aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
- Establishing strong internal relationships and serving as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice and education
- Identifying and building applicant sources to attract and hire qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Engaging potential candidates to establish rapport and increase and maintain candidate interest in the Company.
- Pre-screening candidates to availability, interest level, skills, qualifications, and salary requirements
- Working with hiring managers to manage job requisitions, job postings, and overall processes.
- Working with members of HR or the TA team in seeing that key onboarding elements are completed in a timely fashion.
- Responsibility for posting or overseeing the posting of all positions to external and internal job posting career site and job boards.
- Overseeing issuance of employment offer letters and related post-offer pre-employment documents.
- Establish and cultivate strong internal relationships with department/hiring managers, supervisors, directors, and executives.
- Manage and help maintain the applicant tracking system to effectively organize and streamline the recruitment process for the team and field as needed.
- Assist with projects or other task as needed.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of recruitment or staffing experience in a fast-paced office environment required.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with focus on healthcare services preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all types of people, including clinicians and medical professionals regarding job opportunities and candidate qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette are required.
- Flexible work style to allow for changing priorities at growing organization.
Employment Status: Full-Time, Temporary (3-6 months)

Compensation: Pay Range: $58,000 - $72,000/annually
