WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INTAKE COORDINATOR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems and client portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately enter, review, and manage detailed information
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Dependable and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Experience in insurance, claims, investigations, legal services, healthcare, or another referral-based environment, as well as familiarity with insurance terminology, claims referrals, investigative services, client portals, and case management systems are preferred.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR INTAKE COORDINATOR

This is a full-time, remote position with varying shifts that will be scheduled within normal business hours.

In this remote role, you'll be one of the first people to touch every new assignment that enters the organization. You'll review incoming referrals, retrieve information from client portals, establish cases within company systems, verify details for accuracy and completeness, communicate with clients when clarification is needed, and route assignments to the appropriate teams. Your attention to detail will help ensure every case starts on the right path while supporting workflow priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and keeping operations running smoothly.
