The Intake Caseworker is responsible for fielding inbound reports of potential abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults. They will conduct phone interviews, document information in a database, and triage cases for further investigation.
Experienced and aspiring human service professionals are encouraged to consider an available full-time Intake Caseworker position with Liberty Healthcare and the Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services Program.
As an Intake Caseworker, you will take an active role in protecting vulnerable individuals.
You will field reports from concerned individuals who are reporting potential abuse, neglect, abandonment, and exploitation of older adults and adults who are living with disabilities.
Responsibilities
Work setting and schedule
This is a fully remote position which will enable you to work from your home within Pennsylvania.
You will work from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with 1 weekend day of on call each month.
