JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Full responsibility for the efficient resolution of patient accounts. Responds to questions from insurers, clients and clinic staff. Mailing out verification letters to clients and faxing information to the centers. Making appropriate corrections on client data and entering notes to back up the changes.
