About the Team
Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 300 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Associate and Special Counsel applicants to work remotely for our national insurance team. Driven by the firm’s continued growth, we have a number of opportunities available in the liability and general insurance space. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by principals who are committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You
If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

• you are looking for a role that offers genuine flexibility without compromising on interesting work, quality clients or opportunities for career growth;
• you are an experienced practitioner (5+ years PAE) in the defendant insurance space.
• you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
• you remember what it was like being a junior practitioner and understand the importance of mentoring, and are happy to pass on your expertise and knowledge;
• you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships;
• you are self-motivated, organised and able to manage your practice with a high degree of autonomy; and
• you enjoy the flexibility of remote work while remaining engaged, responsive and connected to your team and clients.
