Insurance Flex Broker - Personal Lines

As we continue to grow, Collectivfide is looking for a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join our newly established Shared Services team, a vital, service-first role supporting our network of 14 brokerages. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, friendly, adaptable, and ready to step in and make an impact wherever support is needed.

This isn’t a traditional “one desk, one book” brokerage role. It’s built for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, prides themselves on providing great customer service, and being the person teams rely on when it matters most.

In this role, you’ll support multiple brokerages across our network, bringing stability to busy teams and helping deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience… and they’ll love you for it! 

And the best part? No sales targets. No commission pressure. Just great insurance work, strong relationships, and meaningful support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle day-to-day personal lines servicing with confidence and care using EPIC.
• Service and support brokerages when extra capacity is needed
• Work remotely or onsite depending on where support is required
• Bring consistency, professionalism, and positive energy to every assignment
• Build trust quickly, with both clients and team members

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience
• Active RIBO license in good standing
• Strong, hands-on Epic experience 
• The ability to hit the ground running in new environments
• A friendly, client-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Confidence working independently without a lot of ramp-up
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service

Candidates with extensive, directly relevant experience will typically be hired at or near the midpoint of the salary range. The upper end of the range is generally reserved for team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, make a meaningful impact, and continue to grow within their role. Those who are earlier in their career or building experience may join below the midpoint, with opportunities to progress over time.

Your final salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and the value you bring to the role.
