The temporary insurance agent will provide support and education to intended parents throughout their surrogacy journeys. Responsibilities include managing open enrollment processes and collaborating with various insurance companies to find optimal coverage options.

We pride ourselves in providing compassionate, professional service throughout our clients’ surrogacy journeys. We have experience supporting intended parents worldwide and work with surrogacy agencies, attorneys, and fertility clinics across the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Israel, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Hourly Rate: $20-25
Estimated calendar and hours to be worked:
September/October: Onboarding, training, team sessions – Approximately 10 hours a week
November through mid-December: 25-40 hours a week depending on role. Flexibility may be offered on times and days.
Late December and beyond: Additional hours if state enrollment deadlines are extended will be available. Recurring seasonal employment will be offered for high performing candidates.
*For non-licensed applicants- IFI will provide a roadmap to licensing certification, which you are required to pass. Incentive reward upon successful completion!
