Our work depends on Instructional Designer. joining our team to support our client’s mission.  The Instructional Designer develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs. 

 

Instructional Designer 

Hiring for different levels 

• Develop training materials for NET. Coordinates analysis of OEM training content with SMEs.  

• Designs learning objectives for training content, and develops design documents for lessons, classes, and modules.  

• Develops learning content customized and tailored for ILT and CBT. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

 

• Education:  

BS/BA Degree 

• Required Experience:  

5 to 10 years of related experience  

• Security Clearance Level:  

Active Secret Clearance  

• Location:  

Remote 

• Travel: 10% travel required

The likely salary range for this position is $83,927 - $113,549. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
