Instructional Design Specialist

There is no application deadline for this role. *Instructional Design Specialist Responsibilities:* * Design and develop training programs and materials utilizing the ADDIE framework. * Create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, blended, and digital formats. * Develop comprehensive course content, including storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and job aids. * Conduct needs analyses and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and outcomes. * Manage learning projects from scoping and planning to deployment and evaluation, supporting continuous improvement. *Instructional Design Specialist Qualifications:* * In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. * Proven experience applying the full ADDIE model to various training programs. * Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365 applications. * Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and organization. * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, with a portfolio of work. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
