What you'll own

• Partner with clients throughout the conversion and implementation process, helping configure solutions that align with business needs and operational requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting system setup, testing, issue resolution, and a successful transition to production.
• Support data mapping, validation activities, and conversion readiness efforts to ensure accurate and consistent client configurations.
• Perform testing activities, document results, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve implementation outcomes.
• Deliver client education and functional support, helping users understand system capabilities and preparing them for long-term success.

What you'll bring

• Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting business systems, implementations, conversions, integrations, or client-facing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and drive resolution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience with Customer Service a plus!
• Exposure to system integrations, data mapping, conversion projects, or implementation methodologies.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client experiences.
