02. Learning Experience & Content Specialist | Fully Remote | USD Payments

We are looking for a creative and proactive Learning Experience & Content Specialist to join our Talent Development team. This person will design engaging training experiences that help representatives learn effectively while keeping content practical, interactive, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging courses, videos, quizzes, activities, and learning materials.
• Transform complex processes and daily representative tasks into clear, interactive training content.
• Manage and organize TalentLMS, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and aligned with current operational needs.
• Identify training gaps based on escalations, performance trends, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Talent Development and Operations to develop new training ideas and improve existing content.
• Use AI and digital tools to make content creation faster and more efficient.
• Continuously improve the learner experience and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, e-learning, training, or digital learning content.
• Creative, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and ideas.
• Experience with an LMS and content creation tools such as Synthesia is preferred.
