About the Business
The Materials and Structural Analysis Electron Microscopy business enables customers to find meaningful answers to complex scientific and technical questions. The team designs, manufactures, installs, and supports a broad range of high-performance microscopy workflows that provide images and insights at the micro-, nano-, and picometer scale.
By combining expertise in electron, ion, and light microscopy with deep application knowledge across materials science, life sciences, electronics, and natural resources markets, our Electron Microscopy teams help customers accelerate discovery, solve advanced technical challenges, and bring new innovations to life.
How You Will Make an Impact
As an Installation Engineer II, you will be responsible for installing sophisticated electron microscopy systems at customer sites and ensuring those systems are ready for customer use. You will play a critical role at one of the most important moments in the customer relationship: turning a complex, high-value instrument into a fully functioning workflow.
This role is ideal for a technically strong service or installation engineer who enjoys hands-on work with advanced technology, customer interaction, travel, and problem-solving in complex scientific and industrial environments.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Oregon is $28.85–$43.27.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
