Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who thrives on outbound phone sales and closing business. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting roofing companies and real estate investment companies across the United States using company-provided prospect lists to introduce and sell our client's lead generation services. This is a high-volume, phone-first sales position where success comes from consistently building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing new accounts. The sales cycle is typically short, one to two call close. If you're competitive, resilient, and enjoy earning based on your performance, this is an outstanding opportunity.
What We Offer
Base salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential
Commission begins once your annual base salary has been recouped through sales
Earn 7% commission on all revenue generated after reaching your base threshold
Example: Sell $20,000 in lead packages and earn $1,400 in commission
Lowest-performing sales representatives typically earn $90,000+ annually
Top-performing sales representatives earn $200,000+ in total compensation

Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales, business development, or commission-based sales experience
Proven success making high-volume outbound cold calls
Strong closing skills with confidence handling objections
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
CRM experience required; Go High Level (GoHighLevel) experience is strongly preferred
Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while consistently meeting activity and sales goals
Working laptop or desktop computer with reliable high-speed internet connection
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to continuously improve
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to roofing companies nationwide
Sell pay-per-lead marketing services using a consultative sales approach
Build rapport quickly and identify each prospect's lead generation needs
Consistently overcome objections and negotiate win-win solutions
Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline within the CRM
Utilize Go High Level (GoHighLevel) to track activities, manage follow-ups, and nurture prospects
Follow up consistently to convert prospects into long-term clients
Meet and exceed daily activity metrics, weekly sales goals, and monthly revenue targets
Collaborate with leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience
Maintain accurate notes, reporting, and pipeline management while representing the company professionally in every interaction
