Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will provide initial product support via phone and email to key customers, including hospitals, transplant centers and organ procurement organizations (OPOs).


Communication will be both inbound and outbound, and requires a high degree of customer service, including daily tasks such as order fulfillment, quoting, and order follow-up, as well as liaising all requested information in a timely manner. Additionally, the role may assist in planning and attending national trade shows and conferences.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries from customers
•Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
•Track shipment and resolve order issues
•Provide product information and documentation
•Manage assigned accounts and contribute to regional revenue targets through proactive outreach and opportunity identification.
•Collaborate with members of the sales & marketing team and leadership to execute sales forecast for all products available in the region.
•Manage a weekly and monthly call plan to assure strong communication and engagement with US Organ Procurement Organizations and Transplant Centers.
• Maintains an awareness of business and market movements at all accounts, while advising outside sales on strategic targets in support of forecast.
• Disseminate inbound communication and manage through inquiries, while ensuring timely responses and a positive customer experience.
• Works well cross-functionally, both within the company and with clients.
• Offers feedback to management, marketing, product development and quality as needed

 

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred

• 2-5+ years in professional sales and marketing
• Technical aptitude and strong sales / customer service experience required
• Experience with CRM, accounting software and reporting (Salesforce preferred)

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

 

Working Conditions

• Remote/office setting
• Generally regular weekly business hours
• May require some travel to customers or conferences (<10%)
