Position Summary
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners who have had an inspection done by our Certified Field Inspectors and get them to the finish line. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people, overcoming objections, and earning based on performance.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings. The more appointments you sell and the more successful your efforts, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to pre-ran leads.
Contact homeowners promptly after inspections
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation.
Overcome objections and educate homeowners on the value of our services.
Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects who are not ready to schedule immediately.
Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting goals.
Represent Basement Systems of Indiana professionally and positively at all times.
Qualifications
Previous sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
Ability to work independently from a home office.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required.
