Job Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing clinical trial site network within the Business Development team. This critical role supports identification of new potential study opportunities within our core focus areas in Psychiatry and Alzheimer’s Disease and drives execution of marketing strategy to raise awareness of Adams Clinical’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new clinical trial opportunities through pipeline research, stakeholder outreach, and scheduling initial client meetings, while aligning targeting strategies with Business Development.
  • Maintain an accurate early‑stage opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, including contact attempts, notes, and next steps to ensure seamless continuity across the BD team.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing materials (web, conference, press, etc.), and building targeted contact databases.
  • Contribute to conference strategy and execution, including pre‑event outreach, sponsorship/exhibit coordination, team preparation, and administrative logistics as needed.
  • Provide cross‑functional support by assisting with CDAs, feasibility questionnaires, budget/contract tasks, study startup activities, and other departmental needs, including occasional administrative support.

What Success Looks like

  • 2–5+ years of experience in clinical research, ideally within a Sales or Marketing environment.
  • Candidates with strong clinical operations experience who are interested in transitioning into a Sales/Marketing role are also encouraged to apply.
  • Solid understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem and the roles of sponsor and CRO stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CTMS or other project‑tracking tools is preferred.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple studies in a fast‑paced setting.
