We are looking for Innovation Partners to join our Technology Directorate and act as trusted advisors across Change Grow Live Services. This exciting role will help foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement, supporting both operational and central teams to harness technology in new and impactful ways.

 

Location: Remote with opportunity to work from your closest regional hub, regular travel to CGL locations when required.

Hours: Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

 

As an Innovation Partner, you will serve as the key link between the Technology Directorate and your assigned area of the organisation. You'll work closely with operational and central service teams, identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery through the effective use of technology.

 

You'll challenge existing ways of working, support colleagues in embracing digital solutions, and help shape future technology initiatives. Working across a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll provide expert guidance, signposting, and practical advice on both existing and emerging technologies.

 

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll help generate new ideas, influence strategic thinking, and identify opportunities that may evolve into future technology projects and programmes.

 

 

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and organisational improvement.
  • A confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to challenge established thinking constructively.
  • Skilled at identifying opportunities and turning ideas into practical recommendations.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and subject areas.
  • Experienced in technology, digital transformation, business change, or continuous improvement environments.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear and meaningful business language.
  • Solution-focused, collaborative, and relationship-driven.

CGL points 44 to 48 (£50,128.89 - £54,663.24)
