The Internal Communications Officer will manage internal communication channels and develop plans to keep staff and volunteers informed and engaged. They will support organizational culture and behavioral change by delivering clear messaging and measuring the effectiveness of communication activities.

Develop and maintain an in-house web application serving as an electronic patient record and case management system. This includes managing legacy code, implementing new features, and handling infrastructure-as-code deployments.
