Inhouse Lawyer Customer Contracts & IP Protection (m/f/d)

You will become part of our international Legal Team, where legal expertise meets innovation, data, and technology. Our team advises different business units across TecAlliance on legal matters while helping to ensure contractual compliance and to protect the company's intellectual property and data assets.

This is a full-time position with a workload of 40 hours per week.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support across your areas of responsibility, including contract negotiations, legal risk management, dispute resolution, and collaboration with external counsel. You will ensure legally compliant business operations while protecting TecAlliance's commercial and intellectual property interests.

Your Responsibilities

• Legal Business Partner
  Serve as the primary point of contact for legal matters, providing proactive and pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders across the organization.

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation
  Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, customer contracts, and legal documents to support business objectives while safeguarding company interests.

• Risk Management & Compliance
  Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and contractual obligations.

• Claims & Dispute Resolution
  Independently enforce and defend legal claims, represent the company in legal discussions, and drive resolutions in contentious matters.

• External Counsel Management
  Coordinate and manage external law firms and legal advisors in complex legal cases, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective support.

• Contract & IP Governance
  Maintain legal documentation, contracts, agreements, and Terms & Conditions, while supporting the protection and enforcement of TecAlliance's intellectual property rights.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to support commercial negotiations, provide timely legal guidance, and enable informed business decisions through a risk-aware approach.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Law (LL.M., State Examination, or equivalent legal qualification)

• Proven experience in commercial legal matters within an international and technology-driven business environment

• Strong expertise in Contract, IT, Intellectual Property, Trademark, and Competition Law

• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, combined with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex legal topics into practical guidance

• A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style

• Fluency in English; German language skills and additional certifications in Intellectual Property or Contract Management are a plus
