What You'll Be Doing

• You will be the guardian of the company's cybersecurity, developing and implementing advanced protection strategies.
• Lead the security aspects and collaborate with authorities, partners, and internal teams to ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations into security incidents.
• Develop and implement incident response and vulnerability management plans, ensuring quick and effective reactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest standards, trends, and regulations in cybersecurity.
• Promote a security culture within the organization through training and awareness campaigns.

• Develop and oversee the company's AI Governance Framework, ensuring effective AI risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and oversee the Business Continuity Management Framework, ensuring business resilience and continuity of critical operations.

What You Need to Know / Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in information security management, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, incident management, and regulations (ISO, NIS2).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead in the cybersecurity landscape.
