The Infor M3 Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for manufacturing, planning, and finance teams to ensure effective system adoption. This role involves creating training materials, leading classroom and virtual sessions, and supporting users through go-lives and system upgrades.

A manufacturer running Infor M3, is seeking an Infor M3 Trainer to lead end-user training and adoption across the organization. This role designs and delivers training programs that help production, planning, procurement, and finance teams use M3 effectively in day-to-day operations.
You'll work closely with the ERP project team, functional consultants, and department leads to build training materials, run classroom and hands-on sessions, and support users through go-lives, upgrades, and process changes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering Infor M3 training curricula for manufacturing, planning, inventory, procurement, and finance end users
- Building training materials, job aids, process guides, and e-learning content tailored to M3 workflows
- Leading classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for new hires and existing staff
- Partnering with functional consultants and business process owners to align training with configured M3 processes
- Supporting go-live readiness, post-go-live reinforcement, and ongoing user adoption
- Assessing training effectiveness and adjusting materials based on user feedback and system changes
- Maintaining a training environment and test data reflecting current M3 configuration
- Documenting standard operating procedures and best practices for M3 users
Requirements
Required:
- 3+ years of experience training or supporting end users on Infor M3 (or Movex) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes: production, planning, inventory, procurement, and/or shop floor operations
- Experience developing training curricula, job aids, and documentation
- Comfortable leading both classroom and one-on-one/hands-on training sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate system functionality into practical, role-based guidance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, functional consultants, and operations teams
Preferred:
- Experience with an Infor M3 implementation, upgrade, or rollout
- Familiarity with M3 modules such as MMS (Manufacturing), PUR (Purchasing), or DRP/MRP
- UPerform experience
- Experience in discrete or process manufacturing industries
