Our client is a successful, full-time content creator and influencer with a thriving online business built over nearly seven years. With an established presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon, her brand focuses on engaging content and strategic monetization. As the business continues to scale, she is transitioning into a true CEO role, focusing her energy on high-level strategy, brand growth, and content creation. 

About the Role:

We are seeking our very first long-term Virtual Assistant to handle the day-to-day operations, content distribution, and administrative marketing tasks. This position is designed to take repetitive, system-based workflows off the client's plate—such as AI-assisted graphic creation, link generation, and social media scheduling. You will start in a part-time capacity, with the explicit goal of expanding into a full-time position as you master the workflows and prove your reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling: Organize and post content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LTK.
• AI & Graphic Design: Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) and basic design skills to create captions and social graphics.
• Video Editing: Perform basic editing to prep and repurpose video content.
• Monetization Management: Handle the Amazon Storefront, generate affiliate links, and manage LinkDM automation.
• Admin Support: Maintain organized digital files and learn new software as the business grows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Social Media: Proven experience in social media marketing and multi-platform distribution.
• Design & Editing: Experience with basic graphic design and video editing.
• AI & Tech Tools: High comfort level (or a strong desire to master) AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude, LinkDM, and major social media scheduling platforms.

• English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Audience Alignment: Strong cultural alignment to a US-based audience, understanding current social media trends, slang, and consumer behavior.
• Attributes: Exceptionally organized, hyper-detailed, and a proactive problem-solver. You don’t just wait for instructions—you actively look for ways to optimize current systems.
• Growth Mindset: Excited about the prospect of growing alongside a booming influencer business and transitioning from part-time to full-time.
• Technical Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection is strictly required with ability to load big files with speed.
