This freelance role offers the chance to dive deep into India's key industries. You’ll research and analyse sector trends, competitive landscapes, and market segmentation, shaping reports that provide real value. Your in-depth reports will provide EMIS clients with a clear view of the current market landscape, helping them make informed business decisions. If you have a background in Economics or Finance, advanced research skills, and a talent for crafting clear, data-driven analysis in English, this role offers an engaging opportunity to shape impactful industry insights.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously monitor the target sector and provide insightful strategic analysis to EMIS clients through industry reports for India:
• Research target industries - collect, analyse, interpret and present key industry information
• Write in-depth industry analysis covering current conditions, performance, competitive landscape, major players, regulatory environment, segmentation, among others
• Ensure that all reports submitted are produced in line with established timelines and in-house editorial style
• Gather competitive intelligence and facilitate the distribution of the information to enhance the business development efforts, as applicable
Requirements:
• Degree in Economics or Finance
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced skills in argumentative writing
• Previous industry research experience
