Advanced Digital Automotive Group (ADAG) is looking for an Industrial Psychologist with a strong focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recommending candidates who possess the skills, competencies, behavioral characteristics, and cultural fit needed to succeed at ADAG.
The ideal candidate combines psychological assessment expertise with strong recruitment and interviewing skills to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct initial and structured behavioral interviews.
- Administer and interpret appropriate psychological and behavioral assessments.
- Evaluate candidates based on competencies, personality, work style, communication, problem-solving, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate assessment reports and hiring recommendations.
- Develop competency-based interview questions and candidate evaluation scorecards.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on objective interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records and assessment results.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention, and assessment results.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and assessment processes.
- Utilize AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency while maintaining appropriate human judgment.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, preferably Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, psychological assessment, or organizational psychology.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of psychological and behavioral assessment tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in a digital, technology, BPO, or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment platforms, and AI-powered recruitment tools is a plus.
