Independent Verification & Validation IVV Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced IV&V Delivery Manager to lead independent verification and validation services on a state agency IT modernization project. You will be responsible for delivering IV&V services on schedule, within scope, and to the standards required by the contract. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and oversee the IV&V team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the IV&V delivery schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables
- Oversee independent assessment activities and the reporting of findings
- Track findings through corrective action to closure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on IV&V matters
- Maintain the independence of IV&V assessments from development and project management activities
- Lead and coordinate IV&V analysts and leads

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of broad, increasingly responsible project management experience, including at least 3 years in a lead capacity
- At least 5 years of experience managing IV&V projects
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree. Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the degree year for year.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), in good standing
- Experience using IEEE 1012 Integrity Level 3 (IL-3) on projects
- Experience in intelligent transportation systems engineering
