Independent Contractor - IT Support Specialist

Necco has an opportunity for a career as IT Support Specialist - Independent Contractor.  This position will add the most value by eliminating the external vendor spend for Service Desk Manager contractor role.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: 

Device and License Management  

• Oversee and manage program records and tracking systems 
• Develop KPI Metrics for Laptop Procurement 
• Maintain equipment  
• Increase number of laptop returns 
• Assist with assigning software licenses 

IT Support and Troubleshooting 

• Provide support and system diagnostics to all service offices  
• Order computer peripherals for remote and on-site employees 

Position Qualifications 

• Some college required 
• Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology support 
• Knowledge in Microsoft Products, Windows, MAC, and Smartsheet 
• Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills  
• Attention to detail 
• Excellent customer service skills  
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks   
• Travel/Training Willingness
